Course Information

Aspen Grove Golf Course is situated

14 kms south of Prince George, B.C.,

only 10 minutes from the airport.

Vern and Marlene Norbraten started

construction in 1968 with the help of

family and friends.  The course is

carved out of natural forest and has

a creek (aptly named PROVY CREEK)

running through it and several more

man made ponds which are home to

various birds and water fowl.  If you

should happen to hit your ball into

any of these waterways, management

will not be held liable!!

The course opened in 1971 with 9

holes and expanded to 18 holes in

in 1986.

It is very walkable which gives you

time to enjoy the friendly country

atmosphere.

The course yardages are accurate as

are the sprinkler heads, so no excuses

there.  Lots of birdies can be had

especially on the front 9.  Beware of

greens that are elevated, you may

require more club than normal.

THE KEY TO A GOOD SCORE IS PLAYING

THE 6 PAR 3'S WELL!!!  ESPECIALLY

FROM THE BLUE TEES!!!

Play from the blue tees is a good test for any player.

Aspen Grove is known for its friendly atmosphere and is quite walkable and affordable with a quiet, country atmosphere.

We also have a practice putting green and a driving range which is partially covered.
